Cherrywood smoked bone-in short rib. Served ssäm-style with lettuce and dipping sauces. Trimmings are then transformed into beef fat fried rice for the table.
Smoked Prime Rib | half or whole
Seasoned with Savory Salt, our prime rib is served with au jus, fresh horseradish, mashed potatoes, and creamed spinach.
Whole Alaskan King Crab
Fished from our tank and presented tableside, each crab is served three ways:
- wok-fired in coconut-chili sauce alongside our fried bing bread
- tempura-fried in a salt and pepper batter with lobster
- crab fat fried rice presented in its shell
