Majordōmo is a person who speaks, makes arrangements, or takes charge for another. In that spirit, we aim to go above and beyond for our guests.

What type of cuisine does Majordōmo Meat & Fish serve?
Majordōmo Meat & Fish is built on the DNA of Majordōmo in Los Angeles. Majordōmo Meat & Fish focuses on different preparations of meat and seafood, with carts highlighting unique daily offerings, and table side preparation and presentation a focal point of the guest’s experience.

Who is the chef at Majordōmo?
Majordōmo Meat & Fish is a restaurant from founder David Chang and Executive Chef Brian Lhee.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies?
Yes. Please alert our team of any special dietary needs you have, and they’ll be able to help identify appropriate offerings. Due to our constantly evolving menus, we can make accommodations on a case-by-case basis.

Yes.

Do you take reservations? Do you allow walk-ins?
Yes. We accept reservations through OpenTable and by calling the restaurant at (702) 607 – 3060. Reservations are available up to 60 days in advance, including the current day. For parties of 11 and larger, please contact us at mdmfevents@momofuku.com.
Walk-ins are available on a first come, first serve basis.

Can I have a private event at Majordōmo Meat & Fish?
Yes. We can accommodate as few as 12 guests and as many as 325 guests for parties at Majordōmo Meat & Fish. Please contact us at mdmfevents@momofuku.com and we will be in touch shortly.

Can I bring my own wine?
Yes. Our corkage fee is $50 per 750mls. Please note that we do not allow corkage for wines that appear on our list.

Can I bring my own cake?
Yes. Our cake cutting fee is $6 per guest.

Do you do take-out orders or delivery?
No.

Do you sell gift cards?
No, we do not sell gift cards. Momofuku gift cards are not valid at Majordōmo Meat & Fish.
